Quality management system
Modern quality management system of PrJSC “VAP” has been developed and operated in accordance with requirements of the following standards:

IATF 16949:2016;

EN ISO 9001:2015;

EN 9100:2016;

national rules in accordance with European Standard EASA Part 145 (maintenance and repair of aviation mechanisms);

aviation Rules, Part 21:

ARU-21(Part-21) Chapter G Section А, in terms for production of elements of goods used for civil aviation;

GP ARU-21(Part-21) Chapter J – approval of organization of developer.

PrJSC “VAP” is oriented at constant quality improvement, which can be proven with awards and acknowledgement of various international organizations in quality. In 2003-2004, the enterprise became the winner of the Ukrainian National Competition under the aegis of Ukrainian Quality Association, received EFQM certificate “Excellence Acknowledgement in Europe” and numerous other awards. Besides, in 2012, the company occupied the 2nd place in the CIS Competition in quality of products and services.
Complex approach to quality management system operation at PrJSC “VAP” based on requirements of the above mentioned standards made possible for the enterprise to create a sound business management model oriented at steady growth. For further improvement of the goods’ competitiveness, the company plans to implement new “saving production” concept soon, which aims at minimizing of production losses. It also plans to implement the international ISO 50001 standard regulating energy management of the company, in particular, minimizing of energy consumption, energetic effectiveness and safety within the enterprise.
