Private Joint Stock Company “Volchansk aggregate plant” has been the enterprise forming the company town of Volchansk for over 49 years. Social policy is based on the following key principles: providing of decent living and working conditions for workers, implementation of social programs for employees and veterans of labor of the enterprise, propagating of healthy life style and spiritual development, supporting children art and amateur sports.

Sports competitions, holidays and health days are held between departments of PrJSC “VAP” annually. The labor union provides employees and members of their families with recreational tours to sanatoriums. Besides, the enterprise regularly conducts medical examinations for the staff. On the base of the company’s medical center, the workers are provided with ambulatory and polyclinic medical help and treatment and health care proceedings are conducted.

To definite professional and national holidays, the management of the enterprise awards leading employees with diplomas and bonuses, as well as organizes concerts provided participation of well-known national artists of Ukraine to the International Women’s Day, the 8th of March.

The company pays much attention to improvement of qualifications of its employees: simultaneous education on working specialities is conducted in well-equipped rooms, as well as English lessons, fire and labor security, seminars on culture and organization of production are being held; the company also sponsors education of its employees in third-party organizations. Specialists and managers of the enterprise improve their qualifications in the best higher educational establishments of Ukraine and Russia, specialists from other cities receive financial aid for solving issues with place of residence.

The company’s stable growth, favorable labor and recreation conditions as well as career perspectives attract to PrJSC “VAP” not only Volchansk citizens, but also experienced specialists from other regions and greaduated from Ukraine’s higher educational establishments.

The enterprise keeps to all proceedings and regulations in terms of export, import of goods that requires export control as to its technical characteristics.

Private Joint Stock Company “Volchansk aggregate plant” has created and maintains a system of internal export control that was approved by the State Service of Export Control of Ukraine (Certificate No. 039-12/2021 of 16.12.2018).
