1970 – By order No, 206 of Ministry of Aviation Industry of USSR, engineering enterprise “Volchansk aggregate plant” was established.

1996 – enterprise was reorganized into Open Joint Stock Company “Volchansk aggregate plant”.

2000 – Open Joint Stock Company “Volchansk aggregate plant” became a nominee of international awards “Golden Medal” of Association of National Industry of France and “Silver Dolphin” of European Community for steady development under conditions of conversion and active expansion of outlet markets.

2003 – The quality management system of the enterprise was certified by international certification institution TUV CERT TUV Thuringene.v. for compliance to ISO 9001:2000.

2003 – The company became a member of Ukrainian Quality Association and won the 8th Ukrainian National Competition in the “Large Enterprises” nomination.

2004 – The enterprise became a member of Quality Leaders Club of Ukraine and the winner of the 9th Ukrainian National Competition in the “Large Enterprises” nomination, and got EFQM certificate “Excellence Acknowledgement in Europe”.

2006 – Automatized production line for motor vehicle aggregates was introduced. The company’s quality management system was certified for compliance to requirements of standards DSTU ISO 9001:2009 (ISO 9001:2008).

2007 – The enterprise became the winner of International Academic Rating “Golden Fortune”.

2007 – Design department of the enterprise was transformed into experimental and design office.

2009 – The company was awarded by the Certificate of Merit of Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine for contribution to industrial potential development and economic growth of Kharkov Region.

2010 – The enterprise’s name changed for Public Joint Stock Company “Volchansk aggregate plant”.

2011 - The company was certified as developer and producer of aviation mechanisms (Standard TP APU-21J, Regulation 21.2D annex II).

2012 – The company occupied the 2nd place in the CIS Award in products and services quality.

2013 – The quality management system was certified for compliance to requirements of international standards ISO/TS 16949:2009, EN ISO 9001:2008 and Aviation Rules АR 21.

2013 - Modernized galvanic manufactory and automated finished products storage were put into operation.

2013 - Compliance to national standard DSTU ISO 9001:2009(ISO 9001:2008) was confirmed.

2013 - The enterprise was certified as organization conducting technical maintenance of aviation mechanisms (Part-145).
